Josh’s Story

With over 17 years of experience serving in the Navy Reserves and a diverse professional background that spans across industries like retail, aerospace, and technical recruiting, I know what it’s like to pivot and grow. My journey through leadership courses, earning two master’s degrees (MBA and Organizational Effectiveness & Leadership), and transitioning between different career paths has given me the insight to help others do the same. What started as friends and colleagues reaching out for advice eventually led me to launch Crimson Connection in 2020 – a platform to empower individuals to make their next career move with confidence.

When you work with me, it’s more than just professional advice – it’s about building trust, having open conversations, and creating a clear path forward.
