I don’t believe most people need a rigid framework or a one-size-fits-all plan. More often, they need space to think clearly, ask the right questions, and talk things through with someone who understands how career decisions actually work in the real world.

My approach is conversational, practical, and flexible. Sometimes that means a quick reset — a resume update, interview prep, or clarity around a decision. Other times, it means slowing down and building a plan that feels realistic and sustainable.

Who do you work best with?

I typically work with people who are in transition or feeling stuck — whether that’s around career direction, confidence, structure, or decision-making. Many people come through referrals and aren’t always sure what they need yet, just that they want clarity and support without pressure.

Is this therapy or counseling?

No. My work is not therapy. It’s practical, conversational support focused on clarity, accountability, and next steps. If someone needs or is already receiving clinical mental health care, I’m happy to work alongside that support in a complementary way.

What does the first conversation look like?

The first conversation is informal and exploratory. There’s no intake form, no diagnosis, and no expectation that you arrive with everything figured out. It’s simply a chance to talk through where you are, what feels heavy or unclear, and whether working together makes sense.

Do I need to know exactly what I’m looking for before reaching out?

Not at all. Many people come in feeling unsure, overwhelmed, or scattered. Part of the work is slowing things down, organizing thoughts, and helping you identify what actually matters — before deciding on any specific direction or focus.

How do pricing and costs work?

Most services are handled privately and paid out of pocket. That said, there are alternative pathways available for some individuals that can make support more accessible. I’ve partnered with a licensed counseling practice to help create more affordable options for those who qualify or are already working within that system. We can talk through what makes sense during an initial conversation.

What happens after I reach out?

You’ll hear back from me directly. We’ll set up a brief conversation, talk through what you’re navigating, and decide together what the next step should be — if any. There’s no obligation to continue beyond that first conversation.
